USPS claimed to be at my door on the 27th and left a note 7PM. There was not a note. We were at home all that day, and I was checking for the expecting package more than 3 times. I would see a note if it was left at my door. Moreover the item was small enough to fit in the key-operated mailbox. They made that deliver attempt up. I called USPS, they had no idea where the package was, but the made-up deliver attempt on their system. After 25 minutes of phone conversation plus waiting time I gave up…Sure enough the package was in the mailbox the next day. DO NOT SHIP BY USPS. THEY SUCK.

It works great. I gave it 4 stars only because it is a pain to strip off the outer cover to get to the 2 wires. Great wire though!

Don’t buy cheap speaker wire to hook up your expensive speakers.
With speaker wire, you get what you pay for. The Monster speaker wire delivers great sound and is very thick and sturdy. Very well constructed and works great when strung through the walls.
Warning, if you are stringing it all through walls and crawl spaces, buy more than you estimate, else you may have to buy what you are short at a local store for a higher price.

This cable is great for anyone concerned with clear sound output but not with are large bill.

Being a tech geek of sorts, I always want the best (I can afford) in gear
for either home use or musical instrument use. I’ve always used Monster Cable
products, and in developing my home cinema room, I had to have the best. The
Monster XPHP-CI speaker cable is great cable. The sound I am getting is a
noticeable improvement over older Monster cable of similar gauge. Whatever
they improved on, it was the real deal. Crystal clear, near perfect sound.
My only reservation on Monster is using their audio/video cable for the
components. Their new “turbine” wound tips on the RCA plugs are too tight.
Other than that, they are still the best. For speaker cable, definitely go
with the XPHP-CI!
