I’m planning to complement a 32″ in my small bedroom with either a home theater system or a nice set of headphones for a better movie watching experience. The room is extremely small and my planned setup gives me only about 7 feet between where the TV will be mounted and the opposing wall.
Would a HTS be effective enough in such a layout to justify the cost? I like the idea of having one, but would I get better results with a good set of stereo headphones?
My klipsch home theater system.. Toshiba 42zv650u, Great tv Yamaha Rx-v661, soon to be upgraded to a pioneer elite receiver. Klipsch c-3 center, Klipsch quintets, fronts and rears. And a klipsch rw-10d subwoofer, amazing little sub. And a Monster Power HTS-2600. The quintests are going to be upgraded to Klipsch B-3 Bookshelf Speakers. I am only 18 so I cannot afford the major expensive stuff yet. Just figured I would post this video for anyone thinking of buying any of this and wants to ask any questions. Thanks for watching. Sorry for the quality, this was recorded on a cell phone.

Hi
I am looking for a wireless home theater system as I dont like cables that much. I have no idea if the sound in the wireless home theater system will be weaker because it will be wireless. I just want somekind of wireless home theater system that is wireless somehow or have some wireless features.
If there is some other wireless home theater system that is not wireless but have long/thin cables then that would be also be nice I guess. Thanks for the help
This is the video I promised of the picture quality I’m getting from my Home Theater system. Keep in mind; the camera I took this with is two years old and doesn’t have HD settings, so the whites and blacks are a little off from the actual video. Since I am using the projector as a monitor, I can actually adjust the picture quality, gamma, color and vibrancy from my computer instead of relying on the LCD’s built-in settings. The video feed is VGA and is connected to a 4-way VGA switch. I have two towers and 2 laptops connected at any given time, the towers both have video cards that support dual output and the laptops have VGA outputs as well. This means that, once each computer has been properly set up, I only have to hit the switch to change the video input. The downside to this system is the fact that I am currently using a stereo to output to the speakers. This means that I have to manually unplug the audio auxiliary cord from the old computer and move it to the new one in order to enjoy the sound properly. I do plan to use a more sophisticated sound system later, but since this is a budget project, I will have to take my time and find the right equipment at the right price.
